What Book Ya Readin’?
Do you have a New Year’s resolution to read more? Have you also decided that you want to get healthy in 2022? I know, sounds pretty cliche, but I’m keeping it real here.
Check out this quick read - Buddha’s Diet. It will give you sensible tips on how to eat (which is 80% of our fitness). Check out the tagline of the book “the ancient art of losing weight without losing your mind.” Now that’s what I’m talking about. Nobody needs to be freaking out about losing weight.
